Journey to Kunak, Sabah – A travelogue by Kay Stanford Jr Kastum

For those of you who have never been to Kunak, which is another small town in Sabah, I have completed a small blog post at one of my favorite blog by Dr Izad. Hopefuly more people will come to know about this little place where life is good and time seems to be a little bit slow… he he.

    Hanes- This bike, only experienced rider can handle. Since there is no engine, you have to rely on your mind power as well as will power… :mrgreen:

    Hey all Kunak’s people…i just wanna know about this place…what is the speciality…in terms of people, places to travel..eg: beaches or anything…what is bugis? A race of Indonesian? Why in the pic looks like the land is so scrambled?
    Do eveywhere like that or it just a place? How big is this place and what is the main activity of the people overthere? What are the facilities that you have for me as a tourist?

    Hi Rieta. Check out the link in this blog post. there are some info about Kunak there. Kunak is pretty much a small town. Development is steadily growing there. They don’t have much of a beach by the way. And Yes. Bugis is a race, originaly from Indonesia.
